 All items listed below are specially prepared using only mesquite charcoal and smoke chips.  Our Bar-B-Que sauce is sweet, tangy, and compliments any of our entrees.

Choice of one entree:
Hamburgers or all beef Hot Dogs
Bar-B-Que Beef, Pork or Chicken on choice fresh Deli rolls
Bar-B-Que Chicken Breast Hawaiian, Bar-B-Que Chicken Strips, Smoked Bar-B-Que Ham, or Bar-B-Que Pork Roast
Beef Rack of Ribs, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Rib Eye or T-Bone Steak, Beef Tri-Tip Roast
 
All Bar-B-Que entrees served with choice of one each of the following sides:
Salads: Creamy Coleslaw, Caesar, Tossed Garden, Macaroni, Potato or Pasta Salad
Potato: Scalloped, Garlic Mashed, Vegetable Medley, Wild Rice, BBQ Beans
Vegetable: Honey Glazed Carrots, or Roasted Ears of Corn, and Rolls & Butter
*All entrees come with Rolls & Butter except Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, or other sandwich items.
